Unitop Projects & Services Pvt. Ltd. is a group of professionals having experience in project engineering and turnkey execution of chemical and other projects. The Company is an off-shoot of M/s. Elite Engineers, who have been operating in this field since 1974.

Our group enjoys the facilities of a modern Engineering Office at Thane and two Manufacturing Units in the name of M/s. Elite Engineers, Thane and M/s. Special Process Equipment Engineering Co, Badlapur. Our exports of equipments & projects have made dents in many of the developing countries, recording an impressive turnover.

Our Managing Director, Mr. S M Mondkar, a First Class Chemical Engineering Graduate from I I T Bombay. He possesses Industrial Experience of about 45 years in the field of Evaporation & Drying. He has been instrumental for devising many a ‘firsts’ in Evaporation & Drying Industry. His innovations in Evaporation Plant in Textile Industry have outdone the efficiency norms recommended by Textile Research Institutes.
