Entire plant operations is automated and hence the plant can be monitored & controlled by a single person. Advanced plants are equipped with Level, density, pH controllers along with safety modules and PLC controlled operations with DAS/SCADA. Trouble shooting modules another first from UNITOP!
All this finally results in a cost effective Effluent Concentration!
PLANT ACCESSORIES
FILTRATION SYSTEMS
To separate the crystallized salt from the mother liquor various filtration systems like Pusher centrifuge, Wedge wier gravity filter, Gyroscreen are provided on request.
SCALE CONTROL / REMOVAL SYSTEMS
On the basis of our experience on the Evaporation Plants, we supply suitable Scale Controls Systems such as Antiscalent Dosing / Cleaning In Place Scale Removal Systems such as High Pressure Jet Pumps / Motorized Cleaning Cutters
PRESSURE REDUCING STATION
Dry Saturated Steam at uniform non – fluctuating Pressure is the critical requirement of any Multistage Evaporation Plant. Hence, if the site does not have a dedicated steam line for the plant, such provision is mandatory.
STORAGE, TRANSFER & ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
On request, UNITOP offers a system to store, transfer and account for Feed Liquor, Conc Liquor & Utilities of the plant. The storage Tanks are provided with Level sensors which give signals to Micro Processor System, which has built – in Calibration Data for the Storage Tanks. With this it is possible to record daily Consumptions & Productions - thereby working out the profitability of plant.
STRUCTURAL MATERIAL
Prefabricated Structural Material when supplied reduces installation period and brings in quality to site work.
SAFETY DEVICES
A set of safety equipments and gadgets is desirable at site to ensure safety of the operator from the spillages in the event of an accident.
